Shipping Policy

Once your payment is processed, our shipping timeframes are currently 3-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This is due to us using more than one mail carrier to get your items to you and depending on the mail services in your area. There is no better feeling than purchasing pieces you love and trying them on. So trust us when we say we are working to make sure you get your pieces as quickly as possible.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification along with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

Please check over your address. If your order is returned, there will be a 10.00 re-shipping and handling fee to resend your items. NoirMod is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the mail carrier has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us, you agree to our full shipping and delivery policy.



If for any reason you'd like to return an item, you can send it back to us within 10 days of the delivery date.

Once we receive your returned item(s), you will be issued your store credit. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to happen.

*Important* Your store credit will expire after 75 days. Also anything purchased with store credit is considered a final sale.


Restocking Fees

A 20% restocking fee may apply when applicable(i.e no longer in season)


Also Note: Any return must be in original condition (this means unworn, unstained and unwashed with original tags. 

Shipping fees will not be credited back unless the return is a mishap on our behalf. If we made an error in size or the item is damaged, please contact us within 48 business hours of the date of delivery with your order number and email address and we will cover the return cost.
